Ella+Mila's base coat has been formulated to help enhance the appearance of natural nails. This base coat smoothes surface imperfections and improves nail lacquer wear. Ella+Mila polishes are cruelty-free, vegan, and proudly made in the USA. Nail polish bottle (13.3 ml – 0.45 fl oz)  

HOW TO USE

Apply on clean, dry nail for flawless nail lacquer application. Apply one coat to prepare nail bed for even and leveled nail lacquer application. Allow to dry, touch prior to lacquer application.
