All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio, data compilations, and software, is the property of Vegan Scene LLC or partners and protected by United States and international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of Vegan Scene LLC or its software suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. The trademarks, logos, service marks and trade names displayed on our website are registered and unregistered Trademarks of Vegan Scene LLC and/or others and may not be used in connection with products and/or services that are not related to, associated with, or sponsored by their rights holders that are likely to cause customer confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits their rights holders. Your misuse of the trademarks displayed on VeganScene.com is strictly prohibited. We will enforce our Trademark rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of criminal prosecution.

At Vegan Scene, our commitment is to offer convenience, service, and product availability on-line at compelling prices every day, with certain limited time offerings of merchandise at promotional prices. While merchandise offered on-line at Vegan Scene will usually be priced the same as merchandise offered at our Vegan Scene stores, in some cases, Vegan Scene stores may have different prices or promotional events at different times.

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We always try to provide complete, accurate, up-to-date information on our web site. Unfortunately, despite those efforts human or technological errors may occur. This site may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and some information may not be complete or current. In the event that information on our Site contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, and availability, we reserve the right to correct such errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information. In the event that a Vegan Scene product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, Vegan Scene shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate, at any time and without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted). If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not fully satisfied with your Vegan Scene purchase you may return it with the original Vegan Scene packing receipt. Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail and chat or by obscene or abusive language is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including an Vegan Scene or other licensed employee, host, or representative as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through this site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Vegans Scene and our Affiliates from all liabilities, claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorney fees, that arise from the use or misuse of this Site (including negligent or wrongful conduct). Vegan Scene may deliver notice to you by means of electronic mail, a general notice on the site, or by written communication delivered by first class U.S. mail to your address on record in Vegan Scene account information.

You agree that we may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of these Conditions. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be grounds for terminating your account and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon termination or suspension, for any reason, your right to use the services available on this Site immediately ceases, and you acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate your account and delete all related information. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

By placing an order with Vegans Scene, you are (i) offering to purchase a product, (ii) representing that you are over 18 years of age, and (iii) representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorized user of the payment method provided. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute Vegans Scene’s acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse any request made by you. Prior to Vegans Scene’s acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. Vegans Scene reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from Vegans Scene, for any reason whatsoever. Vegans Scene reserves the right to make changes to pricing and specifications without prior notice and without incurring any obligations to you. Products are available while supplies last. All prices and products advertised are subject to change. All prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars. Our web site is not meant for children, and we will not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 without verified parental consent.
