RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR IN-STORE RETURN POLICY?

Merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase and must accompany a receipt. After the 14 days no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Exceptions are on final sale, sample sale, sold as-is, and special promotion items. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Items must be unworn and unwashed with all accompanying tags attached. We're a small business and do inspect all returned merchandise carefully, so please be considerate of the care of these items if you plan on making a return of exchange. We cannot accept items that have been sprayed with perfume or have a strong odor.

Hair accessories, hats, make-up, jewelry, and lingerie are final sale. All swimwear returns must have the hygiene liner still intact.

WHAT IS YOUR ONLINE RETURN POLICY?

Merchandise purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. All domestic return packages must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us.

After the 30 days no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Exceptions are on final sale, and special promotion items. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

For international orders, packages must be received within 60 days of the date your order shipped from us.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?

If you would like to initiate a return or exchange simply email us at shop@veganscene.com with your order #. You can find you order number on your invoice or packing slip. We'll get back to you as soon as possible. Typically within 24 hours. We are closed on weekends, so if you email us on Friday night, we won't be able to get back to you until Monday morning.  

DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?

At this time we are unable to offer free returns. You'll have the option to purchase a printable pre-paid flat rate USPS return label from us.

You can ship back the package using the shipping provider of your choice, however, you will be responsible for all ship costs and duties.

CAN I RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER IN-STORE?

Absolutely! You are welcome to make a return or exchange any qualifying purchase made online to our storefront within 30 days of purchase.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY RETURN IS RECEIVED?

Once your return is received, it will take 2-3 business days to process the return. It typically takes 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.

QUALITY POLICY

Quality is paramount and we want you to be happy with your purchase. We hold our own designs and brands that we carry to a high standard. Should you feel that your purchase hasn’t performed well enough for you (outside of regular wear-and-tear, of course) please reach out to shop@veganscene.com to discuss your options.

Online orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours on business days.

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

We ship via USPS on all domestic and international order.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $50. Shipping under $50 is calculated by weight and distance using USPS rates. This typically ranges from $3-8.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Most domestic orders will arrive within 2-5 business days. International orders vary depending on the country. It may anywhere between 1-3 weeks.

What Is Veganism?

Veganism is a way of living that seeks to exclude the use of all animals products, in both diet and lifestyle. Veganism is not just a diet or lifestyle of avoidance, it’s an ethical stance. The vegan lifestyle is essentially a commitment to being a conscious consumer. Every decision and purchase is made with the intention of not contributing to the mistreatment and exploitation of animals. Veganism extends beyond a vegetarian or plant based diet, and eliminates animals from the equation for food, clothing, experimentation, entertainment, and any other form of exploitation.

What Is Vegan Fashion?

Vegan fashion is clothing and accessories that are made from non-animal derived fabrics and materials. The obvious animal materials vegans avoid are fur, leather, suede, silk, or wool. Animal by-products are sneaky and can be found fashion trims and accessories. Down feathers from ducks and geese are often used as the filling in jackets and pearl, shell, horn, and ivory can be found in buttons.
